By purchasing from Browse Peptides, you acknowledge and agree that you are a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or purchasing on behalf of a legitimate research entity. You understand that all products are supplied as lyophilized research compounds intended for in-vitro laboratory research. You assume full responsibility for the proper storage, handling, and lawful use of any product purchased. You will not use, administer, or distribute any product in a manner inconsistent with its intended research purpose.

3. Product Information and Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing on our website are accurate and up to date. However, Browse Peptides does not warrant that all information is error-free at all times. 4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Browse Peptides reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear suspicious, fraudulent, or potentially associated with misuse. Orders may also be cancelled due to inaccurate information provided by the customer, shipping restrictions, regulatory concerns, or product availability.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Applicable taxes will be calculated and added at checkout.

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. Browse Peptides does not store or retain your full credit card information.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. Please review our Shipping Policy for details on processing times, shipping methods, rates, and delivery estimates.

Once an order has been dispatched and is in the carrier’s possession, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. Browse Peptides is not liable for carrier delays, lost packages after confirmed delivery, or issues arising from incorrect address information provided by the customer.

7. Refunds and Returns

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and strict quality control and handling requirements, Browse Peptides does not accept returns or issue refunds except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or confirmed shipping damage. Products are provided as-is for laboratory research purposes. Once a product has been received by the customer, all responsibility for its handling, storage, and use rests with the purchaser.

10. Indemnification

By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Browse Peptides, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our products, your breach of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website or products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

13. Severability

14. SMS/Text Messaging Program

By opting in to receive text messages from Browse Peptides (for example, by providing your phone number at checkout, through a form on our website, or by texting a keyword to our number), you consent to receive recurring automated transactional and marketing text messages from Browse Peptides at the phone number provided. Message types may include order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates, customer support responses, back-in-stock and restock alerts, promotional offers, and cart reminders. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message.
