Orders may also be cancelled due to inaccurate information provided by the customer, shipping restrictions, regulatory concerns, or product availability.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Applicable taxes will be calculated and added at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. Browse Peptides does not store or retain your full credit card information.
6. Shipping and Delivery

Once an order has been dispatched and is in the carrier’s possession, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. Browse Peptides is not liable for carrier delays, lost packages after confirmed delivery, or issues arising from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
7. Refunds and Returns
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and strict quality control and handling requirements, Browse Peptides does not accept returns or issue refunds except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or confirmed shipping damage.
